    Ok so I do want my calories higher, like I said I dont want to pack on the extra fat poundage unless I have too. So Im going to switch over to 3500-4000cals a day with protein of at least 400g a day. Also will switch cardio to HITT not my favorite but like said will be more effective for me...

    My cadio is 3 times a week usually just 30 mins on the elliptical. And yes it is a clean diet alot of chicken pork and steak As far as protein goes I'm taking in 116g off shake and another 100-150 in the food I eat
