are you getting enough sleep? that happens to me when i don't get enough sleep... can't hold hardly anything down. i get around 8-9 hours of sleep every night while bulking.

um... contrary to tx's post, it's my opinion that if you're in a hot tub, your body doesn't NEED to produce heat, so you're burning off less calories to keep your body temp at 98.6. just my two cents.

i'm contemplating incorporating BCAA's into my regimine as a post-workout recovery tool. do they work? is there a particular brand that is better than the rest?

they give you the total cals for 1 serving. then they break the calories down according the following:
1 g protein = 4 cals
1 g carb = 4 cals
1 g fat = 9 cals
so, when you see something, say a serving on the back of baked lays:
1 serving = 120 cals.
breakdown:
Fat: 3 g (27 cals)
Carbs...
tuna - 50 cents
bread - $1
Protein: optimum nutrition - $20-$30 for about 60 servings
