    Risk/reward of deadlifts?

    I am a very skinny hard gainer at 150 lbs, i started lifting 135lbs x4 deadlifting, and am now at 250 x4 in a month and my back has gotten alot thicker...so even being a beginer i would always recommend a DEADLIFT in your routine.

    I would have to agree too good to be true, atleast if you ordered from there you wouldn't lose much money if it was a scammer. Then you could add them to the scammers list so he cant' screw anyone else.

    I am finding it hard to consume 3000-4000calories a day, due to the fact that i just can't stomach all the food and shakes. Is there anything i can take or something that will increase my appetite without me losing weight? Please help skinny man tryin to get big!

    Thanks for the reply's, The thing is i am in the army over in kuwait right now and my food sources are limited yet still pretty good. I eat breakfast at like 6:30am eggs, ham, and waffles pancakes, and some fruit. Lunch is usually my pasta and stir fry meal, salad, and a fruit juice...

    Reverse Lunges

    I will have to try them, i have been doing forward lightly weighted lunges at the end of my routine and it fry's my legs beyond recognition. Backwards is better on the knee's? sounds good to me.

    I am gettin sharp pains in my forearms when lifting heavy and even light weight. Barbell curls, dumbells etc. What is the cause of this? I work my forearms also, is there anything i can do to prevent or cure this shooting pain thanks.

    I am curious to see who prefers what cycle? Why you like that cycle and who uses these as a base cycle and adds to them, and what do you add.

    Deca and the hate, why?

    With Deca being so contorversial why is it that many people suggest this for the first time user. OR for a first time cycle? I personally think the pro's out weigh the con's. But wouldn't a first time user want to use something that is less controversial in the good and the bad. Good thread
