what do you think? gave up bodybuilding year ago odds to do mma, im down from 15.5 stone to 12.2 stone.

im an ex bodybuilder/powerlifter and probably one of the strongest in my class at mma/vale tudo and strength means nothing when up against someone with good skill levels and technique in my experience.
if for no other reason than increased protein synthesis, although i find high tests give me too much of a pump and cause me too tire at times when grappling.
p.s. in the street use the last move but fill his eye socket with your chin and grind your jaw in, especially good with a few days growth as it opens up the lid and will scratch his eye!
