i have started to do my bench days with pauses at the bottom of the lift and it of course makes me weaker in it but will it show better gains and/or make it easy to get out a 225 plateua?
i dont know if most of you guys take it but i was thinking of buying some and wanted to know how it taste and does it show good result or make you feel better for a workout
i have looked at this stuff and let me say it taste great and it has abotu 1230 cals in it and wanted to know if this is olay to eat or not and i am lokking for mass gains and strength gains
sorry man am let me think calories i would say around 3-4 thousand, i drink 3 protien shakes a day and i weigh 231.4lbs. and i have been traing for about 3 years now

okay so i am in this slump on my bench and squat for this entire summer and can't get out of it and was wondering if i tool l-glutamine, zma, and maybe something else would it get me out of it and could you guys name what you are taking as of now.
