    sorry man am let me think calories i would say around 3-4 thousand, i drink 3 protien shakes a day and i weigh 231.4lbs. and i have been traing for about 3 years now

    here it is bench press 1x10 1x7 1x4 1x2 or 1 incline barbell press 3x8 dips 3x8 skulls 3x5-8 if i cant do any more reps then do close grips bent over barbell rows 3x8 dumbell rows 3x5-6

    okay so i am in this slump on my bench and squat for this entire summer and can't get out of it and was wondering if i tool l-glutamine, zma, and maybe something else would it get me out of it and could you guys name what you are taking as of now. taking protien powder right now
