if your always doing the same workout your muscles will become accustomed to it and not react anymore, you need more variation in your program. throw in some shocking methods. you could try out EDT, gained .75" on it in 3 weeks before i had to stop for football...
bro i personally like the idea of high doses, but since this is your first time with anadrol i think you should feel it out before jumping to 150mgs, start with 50 for a few days and than bump it to 100 than if your not satisfied bump it up to 150. anadrol is a strong drug and you may not react...
