    early morning weight training..what do you eat?

    A big bowl of Raisin bran cereal and 10 grams of creatine 45 minutes or so before workout. On leg days I eat 1 hour and 15 mins before workouts.

    6 weeks enough to bulk?!

    Go for it! In only 4 or 5 weeks I put on 17 pounds and my bench went up 30 lbs, squat(it might have been the technique) 150 lbs and deads went up 30 lbs. Stuff your face and train you ass off and you will get some great results in only six weeks or less too.
