use 1 pack of fat free pudding
1 1/2 cups of milk or

In only 4 or 5 weeks I put on 17 pounds and my bench went up 30 lbs, squat(it might have been the technique) 150 lbs and deads went up 30 lbs. Stuff your face and train you ass off and you will get some great results in only six weeks or less too.
Looks like a precontest diet.
