Does anyone have a favorite Tuna bulking recipe they want to share? I'm putting together my bulking diet and want a little variety.

can of tuna with 1.5 tablespoon of flaxseed oil thrown in throw that on some wholewheat dark bread and enjoy. Nice amount of efa's carbs and proteine. Plus i doesnt taste as bad as taking tuna or flax by its self.

YUM YUM

to help kill the tast of that you could try adding some lemon juice and pepper to the tuna!!

It tasted great :) I love adding that to my tuna, especialy ground pepper

Here's what I came up with- 2 cans of Tuna, low-fat Miracle Whip, Mustard, Pepper, 2 boiled Eggs, and 6 slices of Whole Wheat Bread.

I like a Cup of brown Rice, 2 cans of tuna and some Garlic and lime salsa (i think it's pace) mix it all up and eat it with one whole wheat pita pocket.!!!

that sounds like really good news, I have to try it, by the way is the lime salsa green?

If you are BULKING w/ tuna, I highly recomend the chessy tuna helper. I can barley get it down b/c I eat so much tuna while cutting, so I need shit like that.

I like to take a Whole box of brown rice, 4 or 5 cans of tuna, 2 or 3 cans of canned chicken, throw it all in big pot and boil for a half hour. good shit, lots of it too.

I usually like to add 1/2 cup of wild rice with a can of tuna mix it together, throw some garlic powder on that and fire it in the microwave for 40 seconds. I hate tuna, but when this shit is all together it can be a tasty treat.

If you hate tuna like i do..the only way is through mac and Cheese..sometimes I don't throw the hole packet of cheese in just 1/2.. What ever though.

1 can of Tuna, 1-1.5 tbs. low fat mayonaise, relish, 1-2 eggs, pepper, and Tony Chachere's (pronounced Sa-sher-ies). Yum Yum.

1) Boil Whole Grain Whole Wheat Pasta, and mix tuna w/fat free mayo, and when pasta is done boiling add in the tuna, mix, and add "i can't believe it's not butter spray". Delicious and takes only about 10 minutes to prepare. Tastes better than tuna helper without all the bad ingredients.

2)Make tuna salad w/fat free mayo, then toast 2 pieces of whole grain bread, and then make a sandwich using fat free cheese and place it in microwave for 50 seconds, or put it in sandwich maker machine ,and you have a grilled cheese tuna sandwich.

I have alot more where that came from cause i'm a poor college student that has nothing to eat but tuna.

1-2 cans tuna, 1-2 whole eggs, garlic powder, black pepper, just enough bread crumbs to bind it together. Mix all ingredients and shape into patties. Saute in non-fat cooking spray or a little olive oil or canola oil until lightly browned. Eat as is or serve on whole-wheat bread like burgers. Sometimes I add a little chopped onion to the mix. Enjoy!

very easy and cheap receipe 2 can of SMALL bumble bee tuna ( small cans have 20 protein big have 15) then add 2 tablespoons of olive oil, and i tablespoon of mayonaise = 40 grams of protein 400 cals
