They are .jpg format. This is so frustrating. I see no point to being a Platinum member since many of the features don't work well. How do I fix this or get a refund???

I have a problem uploading JPEGS as well. It uploads and quickly says "1 file", then flashes and says "cleaning up files" and them boom...nothing in my gallery. I have tried numerous times. All files are well below the allowable size as well.

EQ by QV...Good Gear! Just started mine 3 weeks ago. Frontloaded 1000mg 1st week. 500mg last 2 weeks. Also running 150mg Test Prop EOD. Strength skyrocketed this week. Bench went from 275x7 to 315x5 already!!! QV seems to be a good product. I am pleased.
