    5x5 with little rest between sets

    Do BB/DB complexes or intervals(burpees,sprints,etc.).And between 5x5 sets ,take at lest3 minutes rest.5x5 is a strength program. edit:i think your training too much.also lookout for joe defranco.you could learn from him alot.
