Hello guys,
For TKD,do i need to stay lets say 10 days with carbs lower than 30,then starting TKD?Or i can start with carbs postworkout and a little preworkout from day 1 and no carbs all day?

What is the best cardio for fat loss,not weight loss.Its hiit or slow steady jogging?I want to drop some fat ,but not muscle.My diet is 90% clean,i focus on gaining strength.I have higher carbs day on lifting days and lower on nonlifting day.
I want to train 3 days a week for the reason that i go to work and i dont want to go more days to the gym(ive trained with a 4 day split before, but with my work is too taxing for me and my free time).So i thought of this:
Monday:
Bench press
Db Flies...
Tomorrow my holiday starts and i want to go to the gym again.Cause its holiday ,i only want to lift 3 day per week.The routine i thought is :
Day 1 - chest and back:
- Bench press
- Bent-over row
- Weighted pull-up or chin-ups
- Weighted dip or Db bench press
Day 2 - legs:
- Squat
- Deadlift...
Do BB/DB complexes or intervals(burpees,sprints,etc.).And between 5x5 sets ,take at lest3 minutes rest.5x5 is a strength program.
edit:i think your training too much.also lookout for joe defranco.you could learn from him alot.
