    Bro, if you on a low carb diet then its ok to have you PW meal late. Right after you train you should have a drink with something like dextrose with around 75gm of carbs, Then a 1-11/2 later have the same amount of carbs but with solid food. Make sure to take your R-ALA with each meal.

    Has this happend to you. I'm doing 75/50 fina/prop bi injections. The area around the injection is get red on the 2nd day and the muscle looks out of shape. Not much pain after the 3rd day but still the redness and shape wrong.
