Nope. Just practice! Either work on steadying your hand or have someone else (experienced of course) do the injection for you.
This a good site and is accurate overall. http://www.spotinjections.com/index2.htm Mind you when spot injecting being off by an 1/8" could be disasterous. The Biceps and Calves are especially tricky! Not much margin for error. Be careful!!!
practice makes perfect my friend. I had a buddy who was so deathly afraid of needles his hand would shake all over the place. After the 2nd or 3rd time of watching this poor fool do his own shots I offered to do them for him.
just find the spot you want and look away and stab that baby in there.....just plunge it with your index finger hard and fast. no real trick....i don't think you can actaully snap a needle off a syringe. seems pretty hard. i've flinched and all that happened what a sharp pain and lots of blood.
LOL.. well you are what you eat .... But seriously I love doing site injections, I just have some difficulty doing it with one hand (insert bad joke here) .. anyway, gettingbetterwithage why you come here and jab a few for me
