    CKD...High V.S. low G.I Carb Load

    Thanks for the info. I was thinking of doing the depletion at 5 P.M. Friday evening then load starting around 7 and continuing until 9 or 10 Saturday night. Could I take in all my high GI Friday night in 2-3 meals then do all low Saturday. Are sweet potatoes low GI? Is milk OK for the low GI day?

    Just had my 24 hour carb load and decided to have about 700 G of all low GI carbs instead of starting high and switching. I did not have as much energy to lift for my 2 day heavy lifts. Any comments.

    CKD Split...Need help

    Will be carbing up Saturday. Cardio 6 days a week for 30-40 minutes (heavy bag,bike,sprints). Want to work seperate body part Sunday-Thursday or Friday each night for about 30 minutes.
