It is a CKD with a 24-36 hour carb load of around 700-900 grams. I just read something about high gi liquid becasue you can get back into ketosis faster. I think I am heading to end my carb up with a big fat pancake with 1/2 of syrup...later
My meals are 600-400-600-400-600. Here is the problem. I go to school from morning until 2. Can I eat smaller meals in the morning and have 3 bigger meals after I get home when I am relaxed? I used to diet and eat the bigger meals early and taper off as the day progressed but is the CKD diet...
Thanks for the info. I was thinking of doing the depletion at 5 P.M. Friday evening then load starting around 7 and continuing until 9 or 10 Saturday night. Could I take in all my high GI Friday night in 2-3 meals then do all low Saturday. Are sweet potatoes low GI? Is milk OK for the low GI day?

Will be carbing up Saturday. Cardio 6 days a week for 30-40 minutes (heavy bag,bike,sprints). Want to work seperate body part Sunday-Thursday or Friday each night for about 30 minutes. Is this bad while in ketosis? I did a ckd bulk and went from 175 to 202. Now I want to get back to about 185 or so.
