    Not sure if thats what they are called.When lifting I usually do 4 sets of eight .I ramp up in weight such as 100,105,110,115,with the last set failing at 6-8.Would it be better to up the weight(and up the weight each set also) and do 8,7,6,5 rep pyramid?.I have done the traditional 12,10,8,6...

    another routine? volume?

    rest of routine,Tuesday- rows and deads, Wednesday off.Thursday,shoulder press,side raises(or something better?) Friday squats and arms.for arms looking to superset skull crushers with ez curls.Weekends off

    want to stick with a basic mass building routine.two exercise per group,once a week.example,flat bench,and incline bench 4x8 ramping up in weight with small increses(5lbs each set).My other thought was a 5x5 flat followed by 3x8 incline.Looking for some size over the winter,is either one better...
