lol! I felt really nautious with ECA. I got a sample of the thermo with my yohimburn and NYC. NYC, i didn't reall notice anything really. As far as the Thermo, i just started today and ate it with a banana.. perfectly jumpy now.. we'll see how the rest of the week goes

hmmm Well this is a constant problem for me. I dont have a husband and or her father to help out in daily activities. I have to drop her off, way to far from where i live and work then go back to work, after work pick her up, race to the gym workout at lease 1 and half hours...
