It was actually my second. Last May I put up 320lbs, so I added 25lbs to my 1 rep max. 25lbs in six months and only gained 3 pounds. The coefficient seems to be where it's all at. One guy there did 335lbs at 165lbs. Fred

It was a friendly military,dod civilian and family event. It was fun and I got to see a guy put up 480lbs raw. The competition was in Monterey, CA. on Dec 8th. I had 3 lifts, first was 315lbs, 2nd was 335lbs and on my final attempt i got up 345lbs. I weighed in at 214lbs. I lost to a guy who...
