    I agree, keep dropping your bodyfat by staying on a calorie restricted diet, and you'll get there. Cardio will help you get there, but diet is #1. If you do the cardio, don't pig out afterwards, you'll ingest twice the calories you just burned off!

    LFC EQ - Kick in bastard

    Done 5.5 weeks LFC EQ so far @400mg/wk. Up maybe 5lbs (eating tons protein 2g/lb, and lots carbs post-workout), but strength increase so far NOTHIN. Post your past LFC experiences - any good results? Kick in when and how much weight/strength did you gain along the way?
