I'm interested to know if this stuff is as good as the r-ala from the AFstore.

$30 / (120pills * 100mg) = $0.0033/mg
$75 / (150pills * 250mg) = $0.0020/mg

So if indeed, pnp r-ala is legit, it will save a lot of $$$. Or Someone could just hook me up w/ a coupon code for AF Store.

They are not selling Glucorell R, which BTW has essential Biotin in it, they are selling a cheaper, less pure form. It's not apples and apples.
If you do not take Biotin with lipoic acid it will deplete your body of it. That is not good because it's an essential B vitamin. If you go without the biotin you are likely to get dehydrated particularly in your lips. And your joints may start to ache.

i will chip in here and say i purchased some supposed R-ala from another site thats on a signature here, i think it was just ala re-labled, i will have to say the glucorell-r was definitely a different substance and it had better results, so i'd say go for the AF store

and that isn't like me to be promoting anything, but nothing beats it i have found

i'm going to try the pump'n'pose out, the price difference is just too big between it and AFs stuff, and I don't think there's much reason to believe that the AF stuff is THAT much better - for the most part a chemical is a chemical as long as you can trust the source somewhat, and pump'n'pose is semi trustworthy IMO. I've been using the stuff daily, and could really use the price break.
