Here in Canada I'd just go see my doctor if I wanted to get blood work done, not sure exactly but not many people in my city are doing roids. I think they move to the bigger city's.
lol. I believe if you have body fat for a long period of time and attempt to lose it years later it's much more difficult so you'll have to work harder to get it off but whats been said so far is great advice, you can do it, if you really want to. Not exactly sure if any of those high caffeine...
When doing hard cardio routines I find that even if you punch a bag (not hard) but for 2 minutes to 3 minutes non stop taking deep breathes you can really tire yourself out which means a great cardio workout.
I agree, you have a great forum here, we love it. There is so much going on here it's hard to read everyone's post but I guess that is normal for large forums. Definitely stick together and share information is key to get success.
The razor burn could be caused by going over to many times the same spot. Perhaps try a razor with a higher amount of blades than your currently using, that might work. Good luck
One thing to add to the list, calculate your resting metabolic rate, it's a nice number to factor into your routines as many of us already are aware. Good luck to all on your fitness regimens.
