    In other words, how long on average does it take untili you plateau out? There's no way you can add 5lbs every week forever, so how long is one usually able to continue adding as the program says?

    They're by FAR my worst exercise. I'm going to start hitting them hard. But I do my chinups with my hands all the way out on the slanty end things. :bawling:

    she's a pretty small chick...about 5'3 or so. Her normal weight is 103-105 and she's at 112...wants to get back down to where she's more comfortable she said. And ya, she runs everyday. I'm going to get her to do HIIT instead of jogging and I'm writing her a lifting routine as we speak.

    Butt isn't mushy/flabby by any means. In fact her legs/butt are extremely muscular compared the rest of her, she complains of her "bubble butt" all the time. But, she complains of carrying extra fat around the hips...*women*, lol. Anyway, I'll take the advice given so far, and start working...

    she is already rather muscular in those areas, she just wants to drop a few pounds, and do some lifting to tone up what she already has. I was just wondering what a good routine would be for the weight loss factor of things. I can give the weight training portion OK, I believe.
