so my trainer has me on a 6week diet to beef up AND NO CARDIO

is a low carb tortilla-- Natty PB heat on stove -- add splenda jelly by polander
and rollup MY GAWD ITS WONDERFUL .. that is going to be my Friday...

as I get closer to competeing(7 weeks) IS salmon tuna and egg whites (& chicken breast tenders) the best low carlorie protein I should eat??
i also eat tofu and whey protein??
