Yes it does. However I have experienced diminished results after about 1 month. I cycle it. One month on 2wks off. Thats just me. You will have to experiment to find what works best for you. You may not have to cycle off at all. Just like most supplements...........depends on the person!

Find a good health food store that sells the actual flaxseeds. A 85 cent bag lasts me 2 weeks and I take it 3x a day. You will have to buy a mini coffee grinder (20$) and grind them into a powder though, taking them whole will not be digested. Much cheaper then the liquid and a bit more...
I had the same problem. Went to proteinfactory.com and got a blended protein w/amniogen. I take about 150gr per day, no gas anymore. Dont know if its the blend of different proteins (4different ones) or the amniogen, but it works!!
