I have been out of the game for a while now, and since they did away with prohormones and I'm getting away from aas' what have been the best products, together or individually, that YOU PERSONALLY HAVE USED, and your results?
Only supps you need are whey and creatine if you want. I take bcaas while I workout. Glutamine as well, I find the more supps I take, the more I stay focused, even if they are a gyp. No-Xplode, things like that are pretty gay though.
Sesapure/Glucorell: Supposably works miracles while you are overeating. Helps prevent fat gain. I haven't realy noticed a difference: but that is becuase I don't have any experience to compare it to. Never been on a cut without Sesapure so it seems rather normal to me.
T-Rex: Amazing appetite depressant. And amazing cognitive improvements. I can't focus on reading for the life of me off T-Rex. But on it I can read 30 page essays on the current state of iraqi immigrants for my ENC 101 class without fading out.
YES: Some live by it, hasn't impressed me after a week.
Taurine powder: Two days worth of this stuff is a night and day difference. I have extremely large legs, but they arn't as strong as they look and they arn't very energy efficient. While on T-Rex I get on the verge of cramping ridiculously quick. Taurine has restored my endurance a good bit.

I agree - sort of. Protein and creatine are your basic supps and you can not go wrong. I don't agree that NO explode is "gay". I really like xplode and have noticed a huge increase in energy, hardness and great workouts. I can not tell that i keep a huge amount of gains when i come off but if nothing else i feel fantastic while on it.

Those are my basic supps. depending on what else I'm on I throw in some glucorell, bcaas, or whatever.
