if your gonna take the dbol i would recommend started at a low dose beween 300-500 mgs enth a week and the dbol for the fisrt 4 weeks at 25 mgs per week,, as for aging..aas will def make you look older as far as you will grow alot more hair and your voice may deepen.....enjoy your childhood...

ive taken dbol by itself and loved it while i was on but when you come off its a lil harder to keep the gains when compared to an injectable...prob becasue you gain a lot faster on dbol than injectable.....thw winny will solidfy your gains but i wouldnt do it bc of the 17-alk and the strain on...

yes showering a few times a day is importnant....chlorinated water is good tanning, and pantothentic acid (b5) work wonders ffor me....dbol broike me out all ov er my back, face and mostly arms..i started taking the b5 at like 8 grams a day...and everything has cleared up..i highly recommend it...

Maybe b5 doesnt work for every 1 but for me it cleared up my acne on my arms and shoulders within a week..i would say i was taking around 7-8 grams a day... my friend had similiar results...its worth a try..only 10 bucks for a bottle at gnc... now i dont have any pimples and im still taking dbol...
