    First week in review

    First week was fun. This is my schedule, I'd like suggestions/tips. I am 18 and ~165lbs. I'd just like to tone/get in shape. Run 5 mins @ 6.5 Work on shoulders/legs/arms/chest&abs (changing each everyday.) after workout i run for 15 mins @ 6.5 Is the cardio everyday good?
