    I have heard that lots of people go up on their toes at the top of the movement to help increase calf strength. But, make sure you have your feet FLAT on the ground until you get to the top of the squat... then go onto your toes. Don't go onto your toes while you are still in the normal squat...

    Try switching up the reps and weight you use. If you were going high reps, raise the weight and do lower reps. As for different sizes, hmmm, such a big difference is a little strange in the traps i think. I guess you should use dumbbells to try and work them evenly. -Fatty
