O.k first off you need to eat more protien then that dude, then I would throw down a Nlarge shake in the A.M with some Peanutbutter and then have some breakfast and have an Nlarge for post-workout. Before you got to bed have some cottage cheese and some eggs or a shake with some peanutbutter...
