Mizuno is the best shoe I've ever owned, it is kinda hard to find but well worth it... you might also try going to a store specifically for running, they'll check your stride measure your foot and show several different shoes that would best fit you... and it's free :)
That looks like a really lean plan, if you get hungry I would suggest more fiber rich foods like apples etc... or use my hunger buster snack (a bowl of Bran Buds/fiber 1, some yougurt or cottage cheese and a scoop of protein mix) very lean and it always makes me feel like I ate a chair.

How much protein can we synthesize per hour? I have read around 60g per hour, but I doubt this took into consideration heavy liftting. Does lifting or juice for that matter change how much protein the body can actually synthesize?
