Plyo's are good for explosiveness....im looking for tips for those that are good at explosive movements but have trouble with endurance.
I know with time you can train those fibers....but Im looking for a possible edge/advantage...
Just curious as to everyones thoughts/tips on getting more endurance for those explosive types(white/fast muscle fiber guys)...
yes time and consistancy will definately do it, but any other tips for possibly speeding up the process?

Im having trouble sticking to a decent diet. I was one of those kids who could eat a house and not see an ounce of fat. Granted i was a competetive swimmer so that helped to.
