I do my tricep exercises and chest exercies in the same days. is that bad, since chest excersies also work out your triceps a bit. Am i wearing them out or over working them?
i do 2 types of exercises for both chest and triceps each of 3 sets
I'd like to gain weight and muscle. 17 amd 128 lbs. What brand of protein should i take. I've been taking GNC: Mass XXX for about 2 months. Whats the say on that. And I've been looking at other ones such as MRI Pro-NOS. what's the say on that.
Is this a decent work out schedule:
Monday: Chest and tricep
Tuesday: Biceps and shoulders
Wensday: rest
Thursday: Chest and tricep
Friday: Biceps and shoulder
Sat: Squats and abdominals
