    hang clean and press, conventional deadlift, parallel squat, incline barbell press, weighted pullups. To become as explosive as a dynamite until i can do a plyo pushup that will lift me 3 feet off the ground.

    Is doing 60 degree bent over rows as effective ? I mean , my body is at 60 degree to the horizontal instead of being parallel to it.

    Do not carry heavy weights, ie , never do heavy squats or deadlifts because it will make ur spine bent and ur leg bones will compress and become shorter. Pec-dec machine will make my pecs wider on the outer and make it look nicer. Bending legs when doing bench press instead of putting it...

    I too had acne from 16 to 23, full of them. Until I finally took some roaccutane and it went away. Don't scratch them or you will get scars or worse still keloids. I should know. I have some keloids at my neck and go for monthly injections to hopefully make them appear like a normal scar.

    I do both. Palms facing in and close grip(chins), and super wide palms facing out(pullups). Initially it was easier to do chins but once I hit a certain number, I can't seem to push through.
