hang clean and press, conventional deadlift, parallel squat, incline barbell press, weighted pullups. To become as explosive as a dynamite until i can do a plyo pushup that will lift me 3 feet off the ground.
Do not carry heavy weights, ie , never do heavy squats or deadlifts because it will make ur spine bent and ur leg bones will compress and become shorter.

I too had acne from 16 to 23, full of them. Until I finally took some roaccutane and it went away. Don't scratch them or you will get scars or worse still keloids. I should know. I have some keloids at my neck and go for monthly injections to hopefully make them appear like a normal scar.
