how long should one wait to eat a meal after having a protein shake? I like to eat dinner right after lifting, so i'm wondering if it would be okay to drink protein right before dinner. Would it be better to instead drink it before lifting? Thanks

After finding this board, I realized how important squats were. But when I try to do it, I find that my knees go too far out. When I try to keep them in, I find that I lose my balance. Anyone with any suggestions?
What is(are) the best workout(s) for increasing vertical leap? What kind of rep range would I do for that workout? I love playing basketball, so improvement in my vertical would really help. thanx
