    Xanthan Gum

    I can try cornstarch, Its just amazing to me the consistency that a tiny bit of xanthun gum makes my protein shakes.. creamy like a milkshake. I just am curious how well it digests though..

    I know we kave gone over fluctuations in weight before, but how long is a reasonable amount of time that I should see whether this extra 5 lbs is a weight fluctuation or actual WEIGHT gain??     Zma? What is that ? I think I may try the melatoini, I am still waking up consistently 2 hours after I go to bed, staying up for an hour then falling asleep for another 3. I'm just not able to sleep past 3 hours it seems which I eventually will need to, I'm sure..lol

    Great feedback, trhank you all. There are Fantastic people here. I appreciate it. My diet is in check, with the exception, Ishould probably be eating more, if anything. It's the lack of a weight routine and too much cardio thats not building my muscle.

    My carbs have been the same for awhile, they are about 50- 60 % of my daily intake. I workout in the morning, and stop any supplements before 5 pm. throught he day I may have a DECAF coffee or teo, but I try and limit my caffiene intake.

    Wow, Thank you Bunny and Daisy girl! I think I will try Cardio Breeze and a non stim thermo for a bit to give my receptors a break. I just worry about the break.. I don;t want to be dead tired with no energy. THAT would be bad.. Am I correct to think that receptors need a break from yohimbe?
