    I have a messed up work schedule (5am-1:30pm) so I usually go to the gym around 3:30am. I am going to start taking T-Rex but would like some advice on whether to take it before or after my workout/cardio sessions? Thanks

    Must be me, but I didn't like the chocolate flavored Muscle Milk. Then again I haven't found a protein drink I really like, so I just stick with chocolate Myoplex and natural flavored Designer Whey.
