Alone, reasons being schedules and routines. When I used to workout with a partner he would miss a day and it would mess up our routine.

From what I heard Nolvadex with your cycle is going to make it worst. Deca-Durabolin - nandrolone decanoate - and trenbolone with nolvadex dont mix well, I believe dostinex is your solution.
