Thanks for the info, I do dumbell shoulder press instead of military press, cause our instructor used to tell us that the military press can induce injury. I will do a period with military press and see how it goes. Dips are always included in my chest routine so I already do those. Thanks again

I never tasted it, but I sometimes coughed with trenbelone. I did not like the cough as it was like restricting from inhaling at the same time. I am sure that I did not hit a vein since I aspirate the syringe each time plus using the glutes as an injection site.
