    broken blood vessals in their shoulders when they do hack squarts or standing calf raises? after my workouts my shoulders look like they had a knife taken to them. i tried putting a towel bewteen the pad and my shirt, but i still get them. the pad just ripps the fuck out of me

    do decline bench....... at about 70% what u normally do, but do 3 sets of 15-20. then hit the cables, and do the upper pullys, bend over and then cross them infront, keep your chest tight the whole time, u will feel it!!!
