everybody is different. armidex 0, 5 mg eod on test cyp and anavar isnt good enough for me....obviously
we all have to found out what's best for us as individuals. ...

letro on a hand and might use it at the end of cycle to dry out more :)...
after nearly 3 y of my hardcore bb life I found out that swapping higher and lower reps helps me to keep improving.
I always did 8-12 reps mostly kept between 8-10. recently did between 10-15 mostly 10-12 and started moving from stagnation.
higher reps helped especially w my back and biceps -...
