    I would be interested to see what type of recovery people have made without the surgery. I have been living with a pec tear for years. I have never made a full comeback, alot of it is the fact i am scared to train chest heavy just in case. old bench 350-370 now 240-250

    i have had the tren for sometime. The source is no longer around. I am just cleaning up gear i have left over. What kind of "trouble" can i expect? Its not a high dose, i know sides can be an issue when you get up there.

    I found a bottle of tren that I had taken a couple of ml's out of about 2 years ago. Can i boil the bottle to sterilize it? or should I not take the chance?

    Free standing heavy bags

    Has anyone ever used one? I have no where to hang a traditional heavy bag in my home and was thinking of a free standing one like the centry wavemaster. Does anyone have any experience with these? Can I get close enough to box effectivly or is it better at kicking range?

    I have a couple of unopened bottles from a cycle over a year ago. Whats the longest they can sit? I bottle of cyp and one bottle of tren. would it be a potency issue or a bacteria issue?

    I am currently running a CKD diet so i am a bit concerned with doing cardio six days a week. plus by the time my depletion work came on friday I would be a zombie. I am going to up the cardio to 4 days per week and see what happens. Im not near 10% THATS why I am thinking of clen.

    Thinking of running a cycle of T3 with e/c/a. Just wondering what peoples experiences were with this rather than with Clen. How much effectiveness am I really losing?

    I am currently 225lbs at about 19-20%BF I have dropped my calories to between 1800-2100 per day. Cardio 3 times per week (30-40 mins).

    Would 125 or 250 ml of ethanate or cyp per week be enough to retain muscle while dieting? I am doing CKD and considering adding clen/T3. I am currently not on any gear but have run about 6 cycles in the past (mostly test, Dbol, winny and some tren and clen)
