I would be interested to see what type of recovery people have made without the surgery. I have been living with a pec tear for years. I have never made a full comeback, alot of it is the fact i am scared to train chest heavy just in case.

What kind of "trouble" can i expect? Its not a high dose, i know sides can be an issue when you get up there.

I found a bottle of tren that I had taken a couple of ml's out of about 2 years ago. Can i boil the bottle to sterilize it? or should I not take the chance?

I am currently running a CKD diet so i am a bit concerned with doing cardio six days a week. plus by the time my depletion work came on friday I would be a zombie. I am going to up the cardio to 4 days per week and see what happens. Im not near 10% THATS why I am thinking of clen.
