I am going to bump this as I am begining to research what would be the best thing to preserve my new muscle when I cut later this summer. I WAS going to run test at 250 and thats it with strict diet and 6 days a week on the eliptical, but maybe something else is in order. I won't use clen or t3, not my cup of tea. I hope we get some more replies, this is a good topic.
