    thanks for the advice...it's just all hard for me to swallow. i guess i tend to overtrain but i've been doin it since age 15 now i'm 21. i've always measured the quality of a workout by pump and fatigue. for awhile now my bench has platued at bench at 285. so i guess it's time for something new...

    im 21, 6'7, 220lbs,5-8% bf (depends on the time of yr). playin d2 college basketball. ideally i'd like to fill out to around 240-250lbs...thats not gonna happen till after college though.
