    how to determine your "natural limit"?

    I personally think it takes at least 6-8 years of hard training to reach a level close to your "natural limit", which of course does not actually exist. Your gains just slow down over time to the point of a pound or two of muscle a year if your lucky.

    In combination with slin and roids, Is there any benefit to using only 2 IU /day of GH? Also, how much difference is there between using 2 vs. 4 IU? I assume you don't get twice the results.

    I let the pellets sit in the "magic solution" for about a week. Two layers formed: the bottom yellowish glue and a top dark brown layer (containing tren). When I add the oil to the mixture, the dark brown layer does not resuspend in the oil. When I centrifuge the mixture, I get three layers...

    1. Cut the prop 2 days out 2. Don't worry about sodium intake now. If you drink enough water it won't matter much anyway considering the types of foods he's probably eating now. The last week make sure to get 2X as much potassium as sodium

    Using anadrol will do nothing to stretch your fascia. All the water retention is extracellular (subcutaneous). If you want to try and stretch out your connective tissue, do frequent site injections into the muscle of interest

    After seeing many videos, etc. of pro bodybuilders lifting, I have to conclude that form is somewhat overrated and you can really grow doing just about anything. Now avoiding injuries is another thing.

    Pin Size

    If you get no blood when you aspirate it just means you're not in a blood vessel. It tells you nothing about if you are in the muscle, although you most likely are unless you have a really fat ass. I'd go with the 1.5" anyway.
