I was wondering if there was any particular exercise i can do to bring out the inner ab muscles(the ones that make the vertical line in the middle of the abs and makes your 3 pack into a full 6 pack), or is it all pretty much just diet?

What norabol cycle are you on, and how many pills did you take a day? i take 6 pills a day, 2 before my 3 "main" meals, but i think i've read before about people gradually decreasing the dosage throughout the cycle.

I'm curious too. Which one is better for maximum weight loss and muscle preservation? 15 minutes of sprinting and HIT cardio? or 30 minutes of continuous moderate cardio?
Lecky, what else are you taking? I'm taking norabol, creatine, protein, and other dietary supplements and i've gained 8 pounds in about 3 weeks. One noticeable body part i've seen grow huge is my head, cuz i can't stop checking myself out hahahaha...
So what is the best diet for maximum fat loss while maintaining maximum mass/strength? Im not HUGE so i don't want to lose more hard earned muscle than i have to. It seems like Atkins but many say that results are lost after the ketogenic diets
sorry for such a newbie question, but what's the difference between a MRP and a weight gainer? Im currently bulking and I'm taking George's Triple Threat MRP right now. I was thinking about taking N-Large 2 with it, because i don't think im getting sufficient amount of carbs and calories...

Can you explain why running with a sweater wouldn't be healthy? I always thought that if you're trying to cut, it's more beneficial because you sweat more.
Sorry for such a newbie question, but I know that i should do a reverse pyramid set while increasing weights on my chest, but do i use the same idea for all my other body parts? Does it all depend on whether you're working out major body parts?
I agree with mickjg, i usually take a tablespoon in the morning along with my am protein shake, and another tablespoon at night with my pm protein shake
