    First off, we are not arnold and what worked for him most likely will not work for us. Second overtraining is not a myth. It is real and has more to do with your CNS recovery than muscle recovery. Listen to your body and train smart using periodization to avoid it

    I stopped using a belt about a year ago. I feel my lifts actually have gotten stronger from it. I have pulled 560, oly squat 405, and ohp 315 all without it. It has made my core much more stable and i don't think i will ever use one again

    The pump. Haha! The 5x5 is a great program for everything. If you want size eat more.. If you want to be more lean adjust your diet and do more cardio. It's that simple.

    I still brew and EQ doesn't crash! So my guess would be it's either completely bunk or it's a different/ cheaper compound that you paid EQ price for.

    Yeah upright rows. Do you have a problem with squats, deads, rows, chins, or overhead presses? Do the whole 5x5 routine and i guarantee your bench will go up faster.     If it's from the ground then is a power clean or a high pull. If it's from the hang. it could be hang cleans. Are you talking about up right rows? Where is the rest of the routine. Have you ever tried the 3x5 or 5x5 posted in stickies?

    Usually heat it up on stovetop and swirl. I can't believe your eq crashed, that's the easiest compound to get into solution!
