    Not eating works for me. I train around 3am to about 4:15am, then eat all day long to give the body what it needs to build. around 4:30 I have my first meal (shake) before work, and then every 2-3 hrs until bedtime at 7:30pm (last meal aroung 5pm).

    Usually depends on current routine. on time under tension weeks, i am getting up to 55lbs for 1 min. on my work sets (3). for heavy rep weeks, up to 90lbs for 6-8 reps on work sets (3).
