Guys if I train up one part of the body till I'm sore on a monday and then on the tuesday do the same part only for a short session (just to 'kill it'-the muscle group I mean) for the week and do some other muscle group as well and repeat this cyclic rotation would I see better muscle growth??

I have oatmeal in the morning, two checken breasts for lunch, 4 crackers with 100g half fat cheese in the afternoon and them the tuna at night with lettuce....so whaddya think

I notice I have reached something of a plateau in terms of my 'gut fat' and abs excersisie and HIIT aside I think it may be because I have been taking in 2 cans of tuna and one whole lettuce every night for the past 9 months. I have decided to cut this down to just one can...does anyone...
