No problem overhead--I guess I posted more to say that I dont post on specifics of my diet because many people have been asking me where Ive posted on it (and i havent except for a little bit of basics)--I hope you dont think I was pissed at you I just wanted to clarify for the masses on that...
overhead::I followed DC's program , or something close to it for about a month. I enjoyed it, worked well for me. But, the diet he suggests (which probably works for most people) caused me to gain an unexceptable amount of fat.
Doggcrapp:: thats kind of confusing to me because Ive never gone...
Guld::Dogg, haven't you found that doing 3 exercises is generally better than doing only two, though? It depends on the bodypart, but I have noticed a strong correlation between variation of movements (good ones, anyway) and constant strength gains.
Doggcrapp:: totally agree with you Guld no...
The prize goes to MT375! Thank you--you go to the ultimate strength limit in an exercise and then at that point you do a new
exercise to get brutally strong at. Its those continual huge jumps in strength on whatever exercise your doing that is going to add up over time. Blast up some dumbell...
Galaxy::Even doing that pansy workout and you should still grow.lol. Seriously though, do more core excersizes and lower reps if going for mass. I train at powerlifting gym and do power bodybuilding,
Doggcrapp::Galaxy obviously has no clue in hell what RP means or what my methods entail. My...
Bigguns:::My goal is to get as strong as possible staying at my size.
Doggcrapp:: Very impressive numbers you stated in your first post bigguns--and your pictures are too--your very beautiful.

Doggcrapp::If...
Guld::DC has extensive experience with guys on AND off. I bet he would pretty much flip if you said his name and talked about this workout in the same breath.
Doggcrapp::thank you Guld I was just preparing to do a triple Lux axle twist flip off the back porch after Mrttb's post and you saved me...
Bigguns::Unless I tell someone that I workout, most people don't know it. But at 148 lbs, I've posted competition lifts (single ply gear) of 405 squat, 235 bench, and 435 deadlift. For me, strength does not necessarily equal size. I've also seen 97 pound girls squat and deadlift over 3x...
Needsize:: DC, you need to mellow the fuck out. I dont recall anyone in this thread "calling you out". It looks to me like anything negative that we've thrown in that direction, was at the way debaser came across, not the system itself. I know myself I've said a few times in this thread alone...
IronLion::That being said, there is so much more to a performance based program. It just gets old listening to you people act like what you are doing is the end all to training. Lets be honest, growing big muscles is the easy part, the hard part is making those muscles useful. Does your program...
So far ive seen people say (pointing to Debaser) everyone gains great in their first year of training. Really? Every new guy in your gym is 40lbs larger than they were last year? Please dont tell me that because thats utter bullshit! 99% of everyone in the gym looks close too if not the same as...
11 inches pumped and 10.5 cold....on a good day with a good carb up and the wind conditions just right, I can hit 11 inches and an 1/16 (but if I wear a wifebeater tanktop to the gym which I assume is now a federal law for every 15 to 22 year old to wear) they look at least 1 inch larger
I tried DC, I didn't like only doing one exercise per bodypart. I like the pump I get with higher volume... I'm not going to be a professional bodybuilder, I don't want lifting weights to start to be something I hate.
Doggcrapp:: go ask boat rowers, lumberjacks swinging axes and others with...
