    Yeah I was planning on dosing as you said Zed but with slow increases so not to cause any spikes in my intake apparently this is better to find the tolerance. Hey Zed thanks for stopping and checking in on me! I just benched 80kg 6 5 4 4 lol I'm getting stronger by the week !
