Yeah thats pretty much what I do now but they just don't grow as fast as all my other muscles. Maybe I'll try less rest between calve workouts. If that doesn't work theres always specific site injections, say 50mg's of winny straight into the calves eod.LOL!!!
Genetically my calves are small. I have tried several different calve regimens usually containing seated calve raises and standing calve raises at various rep ranges. My thought is that heavier wieght with lower reps, say 4-5, might be the better way to go. Any ideas?
So is this just your run of the mill blood test from your doctor that tests cholesterol and all that or is this s special test that you need to specifically ask for?
If you get your testosterone tested by your doctor while your on a cycle will your levels be extremely high or do those tests only pick up natural testosterone?:mix:
There is really no point to taking steroids unless you are currently clean and living a healthy life. You should hold on to them until a later date as to not waste your money. Working out and doing gear is really more of a lifestyle choice. Just my opinion.
