    I try to eat as mutch as ican healty that is..In the morning i eat 4 eggs with a 23 gram pttein bar at 11 am chicken breast sandwich w/wheat bread , 2 pm 3/4 lb hamburger 90%lean beef w/wheat bread 4 pm protein shake,7pm steak,potato,sometimes i sub it for a chicken breast/w vegetables/potato...

    I see any suggestions..?? I have just been doing the usual just the normal split workouts, protein and trying to eat correctly ....Any ideas???My gains have definately slowed in past 3months I started out at 160lbs...20 lbs in a year....
